We are a designated cooperation unit of SGS testing institution. All automotive film products have obtained official SGS test certifications, covering physical property, chemical composition, material identification and anti-yellowing inspection. We take the lead in installing fully automatic online flaw detectors to replace traditional manual inspection. Its 8K high-precision vision system captures tiny invisible defects in real time during production. Full zero-blind-spot monitoring ensures only flawless products are delivered to clients.

From raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery, all batches of automotive film pass 9 standardized quality control procedures to guarantee stable and perfect finished goods, with complete record files retained for every link.

Raw Material Receiving Procedure

Complete preliminary sorting and appearance inspection of all incoming raw materials.

Raw Material Testing & Analysis

Carry out full performance analysis for raw materials, issue independent TDS reports, cross-verify data with supplier’s official TDS and archive all test records.

Batching Procedure

Strictly record batching formula and complete raw material mixing performance testing, store all batching & inspection logs.

Casting Procedure

Cast raw material particles into base film, test base film parameters and generate independent TDS document for base film, fully archive all production records.

Coating Procedure

Apply functional adhesive & protective coating layers to base film, record coating thickness, uniformity and production parameters in dedicated coating logs.

Curing Procedure

Complete temperature-controlled curing process, test coating adhesion and performance after curing, archive curing & test data records.

Finished Product Comprehensive Inspection

Full performance test for finished automotive film, issue final official finished-product TDS and record all finished product parameter data.

Slitting Procedure

Cut finished film into customer-specified sizes, conduct secondary inspection during slitting, record all qualified products and defective products separately.
